Wonderful

Beautiful historical building with modern deco. We like the circular skylight on the roof and antique furniture on the staircase landings. Lovely balcony. Organized check-in and out without any problems. Timely reply on booking.com. dedicated individual storage boxes big enough to accommodate 2 carry-ons. Very cozy and clean bedroom and washroom.

A little far from city centre. No lift but luckily our room is on the first floor.

Great value for money stay in a perfect location

The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable and the building quiet. The location allows for easy access to cmthe city center or other parts of the city either by walk or metro. The staff was readily available via WhatsApp or, depending on the hours, in the building. For the price, it's really worth it!

Would be nice to have more tea, coffee, etc (just 2 tea bags in the room) Also there needs a kettle with a longer cable it was a bit of a mess trying to plug it and once we did, it was via the most secured way.

Very convenient for airport and centr of Porto. Very clean and good facilities

No lift and we were on 3rd floor but we were alerted to this. So wouldn't put us off booking accommodation next time but will travel lighter

Nice place to stay. Very convenient and comfortable!

The hotel is in a very good location. The arrangements that allowed us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out were a real help! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Communicating with the host was easy and they were very quick to answer. The transport that they helped us secure from the airport was excellent also.

We walked in to one of our rooms and found that there had been a leak from the ceiling and the floor and some bedding was wet. The young lady on site quickly resolved the situation, a new room was found for us and it did not impact our stay in any way. The lodging handled it very professionally and in a very timely fashion.

Nice hotel, but don’t bother with their breakfast.

Excellent location, nice and clean room.

Breakfast is not worth the extra money to receive just a little take out bag. There are many cafes around to get a good coffee and a breakfast to your liking.

First, I should mention the hotel's excellent location in the city. Then, I would like to talk about the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, which was outstanding. Additionally, the hotel's prompt response to online reservations was commendable.

The room doesn’t have a refrigerator, and it also doesn’t have a closet. On the second day, cleaning was done, but the toilet liquid container was empty. The internet speed was very slow, and after each screen shutdown, you had to log in again. If you have an essential need for the internet, I wouldn't recommend choosing this hotel. You can see the mentioned items in the photos. Due to the wooden floors in the hallways and rooms, a significant amount of noise from people walking in the rooms and hallways can be heard, disrupting the peace of the night and morning. Additionally, due to the lack of acoustic insulation in the rooms, conversations and interactions from adjacent rooms can be heard as well.

Great Location. Close to Metro. Hotel was very clean and checkin easy. Great value for money.

Nothing not to like but word of warning to potential guests, although hotel very beautiful there is no elevator so if you are staying like us on the top floor it can be quite a haul if you have a lot of heavy luggage so more suited to people travelling lighter. It was no problem for us as we were in the latter category.

Comfy bed, nice renovated old building. French doors. I was comfortable.

You can hear your neighbor walking, but its like that with the nice floors. I was ok with codes although it was not mentioned on this site I think. Could be fiddly for elderly to use codes given on the phone. I know my father would not figure it out.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was very clean. Shower very good. Beds excellent. Very easy access via metro to both the airport and the sites of Porto. Luggage storage at the start and end of our trip was a real bonus.
